1- Account: to access MAGIC LOCKERS services you must register for an account. You may register directly after installing the MAGIC LOCKERS app on your phone or through the website at http://www.magiclockers.com. By registering for an account, you agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself; including payment information as applicable. By registering for an account, you also agree to all terms, policies, and conditions listed hereunder; or throughout MAGIC LOCKERS website and mobile App or communicated to you by any other means; including but not limited to email, mail, notifications, and messages.
2- Security: you warrant to MAGIC LOCKERS that you will maintain the security of your user identification, password, and all other information related to your account with MAGIC LOCKERS.
3- Unauthorized access: in the event of unauthorized use of (or access to) your account, you are responsible for all charges resulting from the use of your account, including unauthorized use, up to the point you notify MAGIC LOCKERS, in writing, of such use. You are also responsible for taking steps to prevent its further occurrence by changing your password.
4- Fees: you are responsible to review all fees to be charged to your account for your use of services. MAGIC LOCKERS reserves the right to change its fees, price list, and minimum order charge at anytime. In the event of such occurrence; you will be notified via electronic mail, message, or notification on your account. Any such changes will take effect for orders placed after the price change notification. Orders that were placed before the price change notice will be charged based on the existing price list at the time of placing the order.
5- Payment charges: by registering for an account you authorize MAGIC LOCKERS, and its affiliates, to charge your credit/debit card for any and all fees incurred by you as a result of using the services.
6- Minimum order: minimum order is set at $10.00. if your order is under $10.00 you will be charged the minimum order charge of $10.00.
7- Abandoned items: all property items that are abandoned, or considered as such as described hereafter, will be donated to local charities. MAGIC LOCKERS is not responsible for any unclaimed items past 30 days of pickup date.
8- Non-payment: orders that are not paid within 30 days of the pickup date will be considered abandoned.
9- Unclaimed items: all items once returned to a locker must be removed by you within 48 hours. All unclaimed items after 48 hours will be returned to MAGIC LOCKERS processing center where they will be kept for a period of 30 days. You must contact customer service for such unclaimed items within the 30 days period. An additional $5.00 per order will be charged for redelivery. Unclaimed items after the 30 days period will be considered abandoned.
10- Damaged items: MAGIC LOCKERS and its partners exercise the utmost care in cleaning and processing your garment. We strive to provide exceptional service and use the process that is best suited for you garment based on the nature and condition of each item. MAGIC LOCKERS and its affiliates and partners can’t guarantee against color loss, bleeding or shrinkage of garments. In addition. We take no responsibility for any deteriorated or flawed garments which could result in small holes or tears in the fabric, nor do we take any responsibility for damages to ancillary items such as belts, buttons, beads, or zippers. Any damaged item must be reported to MAGIC LOCKERS customer service by email to email@example.com or by phone at (514)585-LOCK within 48 hours. Upon examination and analysis, you may receive a reimbursement in the form of a store credit of a maximum of (10) ten times the charge for cleaning the item; regardless of its brand, condition, or value. We are not responsible for damages to garments resulting from items left in pockets (gun, lipstick, pen, etc.)
11- Lost items: in the rare event that an item is missing, it must be reported to customer service by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at (514)585-LOCK within 48 hours. Claims will be received and reviewed on a case-by-case basis. MAGIC LOCKERS will initiate and perform comprehensive search for a maximum period of (2) two weeks in an effort to locate such missing items. If the Items are determined to have been lost by MAGIC LOCKERS, you may receive a reimbursement in the form of a store credit of a maximum of (10) ten times the charge for cleaning the item; regardless of its brand, condition, or value.
12- Loose Items: MAGIC LOCKERS and its affiliates and partners are not responsible for loose items such as jewelry, watches, cash, detachable buttons, or cufflinks. It is your responsibility to empty pockets prior to submitting your garments to MAGIC LOCKERS for processing.
13- Unauthorized use: the lockers are strictly for placing and receiving orders through the use of your MAGIC LOCKERS account. The use of lockers to store any personal property is strictly prohibited. Any items left in the lockers will be removed by MAGIC LOCKERS and considered abandoned immediately. MAGIC LOCKERS will not be responsible for any such abandoned items or for their value
14- Delivery: normal turnaround time is 48 hours. Express service is available for certain orders which will be processed and returned within 24 hours, express fee of 50% of the items’ original price will be charged to your account. MAGIC LOCKERS will make its best reasonable effort to process and return your order within the prescribed time without guarantees.
15- Satisfaction Guarantee: MAGIC LOCKERS provides its customers with a 100% satisfaction guarantee policy. If you are unhappy with the quality of our cleaning, we will reclean the items free of charge. Unfortunately; certain stains are sometimes impossible to remove depending on what the stain is made of, the fabric, and the period of time the stain is left untreated. Sometimes; excessive attempts to remove stubborn stains may result in damage to the garment.
16- Refund: MAGIC LOCKERS does not offer any refunds for services rendered, even if attempts are unsuccessful (rarely). Store credit reimbursements could be offered on a case-by-case basis.
