Gather all your laundry in a large bag, then head to your dashboard (click here). For pick up from your home, select “Home Pick up & Delivery” in the drop down menu or select the lockers number if you plan to drop-off at our lockers locations.
Once the order is confirmed, you will get a notification. For “Home Pick up & Delivery” you will get notified when the driver is on the way.
When your laundry is done, it will be returned to you in our Magic Lockers laundry bags.
Magic laundry bag is 20 gal, 18” X 10” X 14.5”, it holds about 25 lbs. Anything fit inside, we wash & fold it.
The bag belongs to you. Each Magic laundry bag is specifically assigned to members with barcode. Do not share it with other Magic Lockers members because it might be charged under your account.
All your unused balance will carry over to next month as long as your membership is active. If you are out of bag balance or your order exceeds your bag balance, an additional charge of $19.99/bag will be applied
Place you dry cleaning items in a separate bag and notify us that you have dry cleaning and wash & fold items in the same order, we will take care of the rest. Once your items arrive at our process center, an expert will inspect everything, empty pockets..etc. In the case of an item requiring dry cleaning, you will get a notification from us to confirm if we should proceed or not. Yes, of course. All unused balances will carry over to next month.
Sorry, we don’t offer a trial because Magic Lockers offer unmatched service in the market and you won’t regret after subscribing. We place customers above all else, and thus we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee policy. If you are unhappy with the results of any item, return it back for re-processing free of charge.
If you are not sure about the subscription, we recommend you to try out a la carte, it’s charged by weight (Pssst, you might end up paying more without subscription).
Yes, there is no long term commitment. You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting customer support. If you cancel your subscription, you will have 30 days to use your remaining balance.

As a guide, 10 pounds of laundry will contain: 7 underwears, 7 pairs of socks, 5 t-shirt, 2 long-sleeve shirt, 1 sweatshirt, 2 pairs of jeans or 4 pair of shorts, 1 sheet set, 1 towel. Note: based on the clothing dimensions, the weight will vary.
First, register for an account on Magic Lockers website. Then place your laundry in one of our lockers, lock the locker, and take note of the locker number. Finally, you can place your order three different ways:
- MOBILE APP: Open the app and place your order by giving us the locker number
- ONLINE: Log in to your account on www.magiclockers.com and place your order by giving us the locker number.
- TEXT your locker number to (514) 585-Lock (5625) (eg simply text us your locker number “1234” and we’ll take it from there)
Orders are automatically charged based on the billing information that you provided when you signed up for a Magic Lockers account. Unfortunately, we do not accept cash or check for payment.
Providing quality cleaning is very important to us, so we work to balance speedy turnaround times with high quality service. Items will be available for pickup in 48 hours, or sooner when possible. We will contact you as soon as it’s ready! Express service 24 hours is also available for certain items. If you would like an express service, please say that clearly in the “Notes” section when you place your order. A 50% markup on the original price will be added for express service.

Absolutely! Remember, only you and a Magic lockers employee have the code to your locker and clothes.
We understand elderly people need a hand. All the services we offer can be placed by phone, give us a call at 514.585.5625 and we will set you up.
For home pick up and delivery orders, sign in to your account click here and place an order, select “home delivery” and you are all set.
A notification will be sent to you when the order is confirmed.
Once you arrive at our drop-off location, choose any available unlocked locker and place your laundry inside.
Close the door and enter any 4 digits pin on the keypad.
(Press “C” then any 4 digits (XXXX) then “key”)
You will hear a beep confirming the locker is locked.
Now, sign in to your account.
Under place new order / locker number, select the locker number from the drop-down menu.
That’s all.
Once you receive the notification to confirm you the order is ready, head back to the original location.
Verify which locker you should unlock from the notification message, unlock the locker.
Press “C” then the 4 digits provided by the notification, then “key”, Now the locker is unlocked!

For your first order, whether it’s subscription or à la carte, pack your items loose in any bag. When we process your 1st order, we will return it in your personal Magic Lockers laundry bag.
This bag is yours to use and keep, please don’t share it with someone else or we may mistakenly charge your account.
For subsequent drops, please flip the garment bag upside down (turns into a laundry counter bag) and place your laundry inside. If we notice that your bag is getting worn, we will replace it automatically for you.
Contact our customer service, whether it is in a residential building, an office tower or in an enterprise.
Please provide you name, contact info as well as the address of the building. We install our lockers for free, so there are no cost to the property owner.
